This lovely apartment is located on Via Carlo Alberto
13, a street located very close to the triangle formed
by Termini railway station,
Piazza della Repubblica and
Santa Maria Maggiore. Right in the
centre of Rome, this apartment will allow you to benefit
from a stay in an area where you will have access to all
the services that a big city offers locals and visitors
(from shops of all types to restaurants and pubs),
besides allowing you to reach most of the most important
sites in Rome. There is a supermarket very close to the
apartment, so you won't have any trouble finding
groceries to cook!
The apartment is actually located
very close to Santa Maria Maggiore, one
of the most important churches in Rome, and Piazza della
Repubblica (which includes Teatro
dell'Opera and Diocleziano's thermal
baths).
Ancient Rome may also be reached on
foot: the Coliseum is barely a
15-minute walk away down?Via Cavour,
and once you're there you will reach the Roman
Forum, Piazza Venezia,
Largo Argentina and many other sites
very easily.
As for public transportation, the
Termini railway station is only 5 minutes away. There is
a big bus station right in front of Termini as well, so
you will be able to get everywhere in the city.

This apartment is on the 1st floor (lift
unavailable) and has been nicely decorated with modern
furniture. The apartment is rather quiet, since it faces the
patio of a convent.
The apartment is composed by a living
room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a Queen sized bed,
a bedroom with a single bed (2x1,5m), a completely equipped
kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment
includes a washing machine, a microwave, a dishwasher, a TV
set (TV only in Italian), a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing
board.
The size of the apartment is about 80 square
metres.
